My Rating for Lemon Garden: (4/6)
I was at Lemon Garden, Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur for my project lunch. The place was really crowded and noisy.
However, there are a great varieties of food and cuisine all ready for your pick.
There are 4 sections to this buffet - Western/Japanese, Indian/Malay, Chinese, Desserts.
Western - appetisers and salads
Western - appetisers and salads
Japanese - sushi and sashimi, oysters and seafood on ice.
Indian/Malay - lots of curries, tandoori and roti and keropok
Chinese - meats, fish, dim sum, noodles
Desserts - strawberry tarts, tiramisu, mango pudding, ice-cream with assortment of condiments and fruits, lollipops and etc.
Crabs
Chinese cuisine including dim sum
Prawns
They have an entire section dedicated to chocolate!
I found all their seafood and sashimis are not really fresh. The rest of the food also taste average to me, except for their cod fish and deserts. The dessert spread is wonderful especially the chocolate fountain. They had skewers of marshmallows, honeydew, strawberries and biscuits ready for dipping in the fountain.
The place is almost fully packed with people, reservations for weekends have to be done at least 3 weeks in advance.
