Ingredients:
A) Blueberry Sauce
- 200g blueberry
- 80g rock sugar
- 10ml lemon juice
B) Ice cream
- 300ml milk
- 40g castor sugar
- 200ml natural yogurt
- 60g blueberry sauce (see A)
- 5ml lemon juice
- 150ml fresh cream
Remember to put ice cream maker in freezer at least 24 hours before use.
